On 4 April 2026, Khalsa Aid International marks 27 years of delivering humanitarian aid to communities facing crisis across the world.
Since 1999, this work has reached over 10 million people in more than 50 countries. It continues today.
When Crisis Hits, Response Matters
There are moments when everything changes. Families are displaced overnight. Food becomes uncertain. Access to clean water is no longer guaranteed.
In those moments, response matters.
For 27 years, Khalsa Aid has been part of that response — delivering food, clean water and direct support to communities affected by conflict, disaster and displacement.
What the Work Looks Like on the Ground
This work is practical. Direct. Immediate.
Food for families who do not know where their next meal is coming from. Clean water where there is none. Sustained support for communities navigating the aftermath of crisis — not as a one-time intervention, but over time.
Over 27 years, that commitment has reached:
- 10 million+ people supported globally
- 50+ countries reached
- Millions of meals served
- 240,000+ people provided with access to clean water
These figures reflect the reach of the work. But the impact is seen in individual moments.
Beyond Relief: The Road to Recovery
Emergency relief is only the beginning. Communities need time, resources and continued support to rebuild.
The Panjab floods of 2025 illustrate this well. When flooding displaced families and disrupted livelihoods across the region, the response began with immediate relief. It did not stop there.
Recovery phase outcomes:
- 10,549+ families supported across relief and recovery phases
- 4,000+ acres of farmland restored across multiple districts
- 130,000+ litres of diesel distributed to support land restoration
- 59 homes constructed for displaced families so far
Recovery is not immediate. Support should not be either.
The Work Continues
Across regions, communities continue to face crisis.
In Lebanon, Khalsa Aid is actively delivering relief to families affected by the ongoing conflict, with Ravi Singh currently on the ground supporting operations.
Beyond this, work continues across other regions — from winter support in Syria to ongoing humanitarian response in areas affected by conflict and displacement.
At the centre of this work is seva: selfless service to humanity. It shapes how support is delivered and why this work has continued for 27 years.
The need has not changed. And neither has the commitment to meet it.
Support the Work. Stand With Humanity.
For 27 years, Khalsa Aid's humanitarian work has been made possible by one thing: people choosing to act.
Today, communities across the world continue to face crisis and Khalsa Aid remains committed to standing with those affected, wherever help is needed. That commitment does not sustain itself. It continues because people choose to support it.
