Langar Aid's NHS Blood Drive 2019

To commemorate the 550th anniversary of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji's birth, Langar Aid partnered with the NHS to register almost 700 new blood and organ donors. This initiative also aimed to raise awareness about the life-saving impact of blood and organ donation.

This campaign was launched earlier this year, with a target of registering 550 individuals for blood donation. The team worked all day on the 21st November, 2019.

The team not only met but exceeded their target, with the Blood Drive held on November 21, 2019, surpassing expectations by registering over 100 additional donors. 🎉
