The funds will be used for both local emergency efforts, such as responding to recent wildfires in Manitoba, and for ongoing flood relief in Punjab, India, and Pakistan. Both the Premier and a Minister highlighted Khalsa Aid's important work and the personal connection many Manitobans have to the communities affected by the floods.
