Khalsa Aid, celebrates a momentous milestone – 25 years of serving our community! Since 1999, we’ve been dedicated to Recognise the whole human race as one and have achieved incredible things together. On the 23rd of April, we exhibited our work to multiple Members of Parliament and educated many on the teachings of the Khalsa.

On April 23rd, 2024, Khalsa Aid was delighted to showcase 25 years of dedicated work at the Houses of Parliament in London. Dozens of Members of Parliament from various parties and other eager individuals streamed into the prestigious Churchill Room, keen to understand the contributions of Khalsa Aid.

Many were pleasantly surprised by the breadth of our work and the undeniable impact of our organisation. The event was certainly integral in introducing the principles of Khalsa Aid to the uninitiated and prompted the recognition of Sikh communities in various constituencies.

Among the Members of Parliament was Joy Morrissey, representative of the Beaconsfield constituency, as an observer of Gurdwaras and seva (voluntary work) in her region. The event also served as an excellent platform to discuss Khalsa Aid’s presence in the world. Ravi Singh (CEO of Khalsa Aid) stood proud of the organisation and expressed encouragement for the organisation going forward.
